AI Data Privacy Terms

SinAI provides AI video generation through systems operated by us for SinAI Video. This notice explains how prompts, selected images, generated videos, and related creation data are handled.

We do not send user data to third-party AI services for generation. We also do not use personal information or user-provided content to train general-purpose AI or foundation models.

Creation data is kept only to provide the requested generation, creation history, re-use, troubleshooting, and safety controls, and is automatically deleted from our servers no later than 36 hours after creation unless you delete it sooner.

Generation data is processed only on servers operated by SinAI.

No facial recognition, facial-geometry extraction, or biometric identifier creation.

Prompts, uploaded images, and generated videos are deleted no later than 36 hours after creation.

1. Data Used for AI Generation

To create a video, SinAI uses only the inputs needed for the feature you choose.

Text prompts, style directions, and generation settings that you enter or select
Images you voluntarily choose as visual input for image-to-video generation
Generated videos, previews, thumbnails, metadata, and job status needed to show your own creations
Account and technical identifiers needed to link a generation request to your account, credits, device session, and creation history

2. Processing on Our Own Servers

Generation data is sent only to SinAI-operated servers for the purpose of producing the video you request.

We operate the AI generation environment ourselves and do not send prompts, uploaded images, generated videos, or related generation data to third-party AI providers.

Operational systems such as app stores, hosting, security, diagnostics, and customer support tools may process limited non-generation information when needed to run the service, investigate issues, or comply with platform requirements.

3. Photos and Visual Input

When you select a photo as input for AI video generation, that image is uploaded to and processed only on SinAI's own servers to generate the video you request.

We do not perform facial recognition, do not create facial-geometry data, and do not create biometric identifiers from uploaded images.

Uploaded images are used only as visual input for the selected generation feature and are not shared with third-party AI services.

4. No Training Use

We do not use personal information, prompts, uploaded images, generated videos, support files, or other user content to train general-purpose AI models or foundation models.

Any product quality analysis is limited to service reliability, abuse prevention, diagnostics, and aggregated or de-identified operational trends where permitted by law.

5. Storage and Deletion

Prompts, input images, and generated videos may be stored briefly so you can view your creation, reuse it, retry a generation, or receive support for a failed job.

This creation data is automatically deleted from our servers no later than 36 hours after creation, even if you do not delete it yourself.

If you delete a creation or delete your account, related prompts, input images, and generated videos are deleted or de-identified sooner, subject to lawful exceptions for billing, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, backups, and compliance.

6. Your Control

AI generation starts only after you choose the relevant feature and provide the prompt, image, or settings needed for that request.
Where accounts are available, creations can be managed from the app and accounts can be deleted from the account, profile, or settings area.
