We also use information to communicate with users, investigate errors, process purchases and refunds, enforce our terms, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or platform obligations.

• Process AI prompts, selected images, generation requests, previews, exports, credits, and related workflows
• Operate accounts, authentication, subscription access, credit balances, settings, and creation history
• Respond to support, bug reports, refund questions, account deletion requests, and other communications
• Detect abuse, fraud, security incidents, policy violations, technical failures, and marketplace entitlement errors
• Analyze aggregated or de-identified trends to improve service reliability and product quality

To generate a video, SinAI uses the text prompt you enter, the image you choose to upload, and related settings needed for that request.

This data is sent only to servers operated by us. We do not send generation data to third-party AI services.

When you select a photo as input for AI video generation, that image is uploaded to and processed only on SinAI's own servers to generate the video you request.

We do not perform facial recognition, do not extract facial-geometry data, and do not create biometric identifiers from uploaded images.

Your prompts, input images, and generated videos are stored only to provide creation history, re-generation, support, and safety features, and are automatically deleted from our servers no later than 36 hours after creation, or sooner if you delete the creation or your account.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or publishing them.

• Apple App Store, Google Play, and other marketplace or payment providers for purchases, subscriptions, refunds, taxes, and entitlement validation
• Hosting, storage, security, diagnostics, communications, and customer support providers for non-AI operational purposes
• Professional advisors, auditors, insurers, and legal representatives where necessary for business operations
• Authorities, courts, regulators, or third parties when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent abuse
• Successors or affiliates in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or transfer of assets

AI prompts, uploaded images, and generated videos are automatically deleted from our servers no later than 36 hours after creation unless you delete them sooner.

We keep other information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods vary by information type, account status, marketplace requirements, legal obligations, security needs, and backup schedules.

To delete your account, open the app, go to the account, profile, or settings area, choose the account deletion option, review the notice, confirm the request, and complete any verification step shown in the app.

After a confirmed deletion request, we delete or de-identify account personal information subject to lawful exceptions for billing, tax, marketplace records, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, backups, or compliance.

If you cannot access the in-app deletion feature, contact support and include enough information for us to verify your identity and locate the account.

• Information generally deleted: profile data, non-essential settings, user projects, prompts, media records, generated creative history, and authentication records no longer needed to operate or secure the Services

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, object to, or withdraw consent for certain processing.

We may need to verify your identity before responding. We may decline or limit a request where law permits or requires us to do so.

We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards designed to protect information. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, devices, and access methods.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, legal, technical, operational, or business changes. Material changes will be identified by updating the date above and providing additional notice where required.
