How do I contact support or report a bug?

Email contact@sin-ai.net with your device model, app version, a short description, and screenshots or screen recordings if they help explain the issue.

How do I delete my account?

Where accounts are offered, the app provides an account deletion option in the account, profile, or settings area. Follow the in-app confirmation steps. If you cannot access the app, contact support from the email associated with your account.

How do refunds work?

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play should be requested through the same store's refund tools. When the store approves a refund and confirms it to us, related credits, subscriptions, exports, or paid access may be adjusted.
